But here is where we have to respect it, because a 94.6% matric pass rate with a 30-to-one ratio is genuinely no joke. One teacher, thirty kids, probably sharing textbooks, and still nearly every single learner crossed that finish line. That is not luck, that is grit. The teachers at Thabane are clearly built different, carrying that load like it is Sports Day and they entered every single race. Overall verdict: Overcrowded, underfunded, and sitting in the middle of the Northern Cape like it has something to prove, and somehow it keeps proving it every single year.
