Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of AI School Reports made on Education South Africa (educationsouthafrica.com). Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

AI School Reports are digital products generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment. The report is produced at the time of purchase and saved permanently to your account so you can re-download it at any time.

2. Refund Policy

Because AI School Reports are digital goods that are generated and made available immediately upon payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a report has been successfully generated and delivered to your account.

However, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement report in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: Your payment was processed but your report was not generated or made available in your account due to a technical error on our side.
  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same report due to a payment processing error.
  • Wrong school: You purchased a report for the wrong school within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet downloaded the report. Contact us and we will reassign or replace it.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.

3. Cancellation Policy

AI School Report purchases are one-time payments โ€” there is no subscription or recurring charge. Once a report has been purchased and generated, it cannot be cancelled as the service has already been rendered.

If you have initiated a payment but the transaction is still pending and the report has not yet been generated, please contact us immediately at appschopchop@gmail.com and we will attempt to cancel the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a payment issue, contact us at:

Please include your email address, the school name the report was purchased for, and the date of purchase. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Yoco or Paystack, depending on which you select at checkout. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank. Education South Africa does not store card details โ€” all payment data is handled by the selected payment provider.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
