We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not pass your name, email address or account details to advertisers. We do show advertising, and online advertising works by sharing limited technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and cookie identifiers with advertising partners so they can bid on and measure ads. Some privacy laws, including those in California, treat that sharing as a "sale" or "share" of personal information even where no money changes hands. This directory is free to use and is paid for by advertising. We show ads through Journey by Mediavine. We do not control which individual adverts appear.

To show ads, Mediavine and its partners may:

  • Collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit on this site
  • Use that information to choose which ads to show, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure whether ads worked

Where the law requires it, Mediavine shows its own consent options, which let you choose whether the ads you see are personalised. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, and declining personalised ads does not stop you using the site. You will still see ads, but they will be less specific to you.

We do not knowingly serve personalised advertising to children. See the Children's Privacy section below.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
