Admin, marking, probably also fixing the photocopier and making the tea. Thirteen people running a whole high school in Mbombela. Respectable hustle, honestly. But let us talk about this description they wrote for themselves. "It does not offer boarding facilities." Bru. That is not a feature, that is just... a building. You came all the way to Mpumalanga, named yourself a college like you are Oxford, and the big selling point is that the kids go home at the end of the day. Every school does that. My nephew's school does that. The tuck shop at the taxi rank does that. And that 96.1% matric pass rate, look, we see you, we respect it. In a province where the heat alone could make you forget your History notes, getting 96.1% out of a school with barely 200 kids and a baker's dozen of teachers is genuinely impressive. Mbombela is not exactly Constantia with mountain views and parents who hire tutors named Sebastian. These people are out here delivering results in actual African heat. Overall verdict: Nelspruit Private College is a small operation with a big name and surprisingly big results, basically the Pep Stores of private education, nothing fancy on the outside but it actually works.
