My teaching approach is learner- centered, i believe in shifting the focus from the teacher to the learner where learners will be able to do things themselves, involve in debates and this will improve their collaboration and critical thinking. I as a teacher will guid them and ensure that learners meet their individual needs. I am empathetic and I believe in creating a healthy learning environment to learners where they feel safe and their cultural and socio- economic backgrounds are respected. I believe that i am the great teacher because i am passionate about teaching, i love working with children and i want to play a role in moulding them into great citizens.
