I am a recently qualified Senior Phase and FET educator specialising in Mathematical Literacy, Business Studies, and EMS. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners feel supported, motivated, and confident to participate. My teaching approach focuses on learner-centred teaching, practical examples, and adapting lessons to accommodate different learning abilities. One of my strengths is my ability to build good relationships with learners while maintaining classroom discipline and encouraging academic growth. I am also adaptable, patient, and committed to continuous learning. One area I continue to improve on is gaining more exposure and experience in different school environments, which I see as an opportunity to grow professionally and strengthen my teaching practice further.
