About
As a newly qualified teacher, I bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for education. My teaching approach is learner-centred, focusing on creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every learner feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. I believe that learners learn best when they are actively engaged, so I strive to make lessons interactive, meaningful, and relevant to their daily lives. During my teaching practice, I gained valuable experience in lesson planning, classroom management, assessment, and adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs. I am committed to fostering a love for learning while helping learners develop confidence, critical thinking skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. My strengths include strong communication skills, patience, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally. As an IsiZulu teacher, I am passionate about promoting the language and culture while helping learners develop proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension. What makes me a great teacher is my commitment to learner success, my positive attitude, and my ability to build meaningful relationships with learners and colleagues. I am eager to contribute to a school's academic excellence and support the holistic development of learners while continuing to develop my skills as an educator.
