You are a primary school in Rustenburg, not a streetwear brand. Now 269 learners and only 15 educators. That is a ratio of nearly 18 kids per teacher. In a private school. You are paying private school fees and your teacher is basically running a taxi rank in the classroom, just trying to get everyone seated before the next stop. For what you are probably charging in Rustenburg, these parents expected a tutor per child, maybe a life coach, maybe a motivational speaker on Fridays. Instead Miss is doing crowd control with 17 kids and a whiteboard marker that is running out.
