That is not affordable, that is a second bond. Your parents are paying nearly a hundred grand a year and the school is in Rooihuiskraal. Let that sink in like a Highveld thunderstorm. 1,755 learners with 102 educators at a 17.2 to 1 ratio. So your teacher is essentially running a small township meeting every single lesson. "Balanced approach, holistically consisting of academics, sport and culture." Consisting holistically. Holistically consisting. They paid someone to write that and nobody caught it. That is your world class education right there, written by someone who was definitely absent the day they covered adverbs. The school goes from Grade RRR all the way to Grade 12, which means some of these kids have been trapped in Rooihuiskraal since they were three years old. That is not a school, that is a sentence. By the time you write matric you have spent fifteen years in one complex in Centurion while the rest of Gauteng was happening without you. Overall verdict: Amberfield is basically a luxury car with a Centurion North postal code, overpriced, a little lost, but the kids somehow turn out alright.
